About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in data science methodologies and exceptional proficiency in Python. You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives — from problem framing and data preparation to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• A Senior Analyst will work closely with Analyttica’s clients and internal teams on analytics projects.
• The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• They need to bring together analytical and logical thinking to balance the rigor of science and applications.
• Being a part of the team working with the clients of multiple geographies
• Engage with clients through scheduled and proactive communication.
• Focus on attention to detail and drive error free delivery in a timely manner.
• Ability to convert business problem into data problems. Critical thinking by working closely with stakeholders to identify actionable insights. Understanding the “Why” behind every problem.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert in one of the business units to drive end-to-end ownership.
• Open to travel to client locations as necessary.
