Sr. Software Engineer – Rust (LLM Evaluation & Repository Validation)

Location : Remote

Contract : 3 months (extendable)

Commitment : 20-40 hrs / week (4 hrs overlap with PST)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help improve AI models through LLM evaluation and repository validation.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze GitHub issues and set up code repositories (Docker).

Evaluate unit test coverage and improve LLM performance.

Lead junior engineers.

Required Skills :

5+ years in software engineering.

Proficiency in Git, Docker, and software pipelines.

Nice to Have :

Experience in LLM research / evaluation or building developer tools.
