Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Manager - Automation. The Sales Manager - Automation will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, presenting and demonstrating product offerings, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to customize solutions for clients. The role will also involve tracking sales performance and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge in Automation, Electrical Engineering, and Industrial Products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred
