Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in JavaScript / Python, ExpressJS / FastAPI, PostgreSQL, PostGIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and efficient backend systems and possess a passion for solving complex problems. The developer will be responsible for back-end web development tasks related to 3D spatial technology, including CAD and GIS, data modeling, processing, workflow orchestration, scheduling, stream-processing etc.. They will use their skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to contribute to software development projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Create and optimize database schemas, manage data models, and handle data processing tasks.
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and PostGIS for spatial and non-spatial data management.
• Implement asynchronous task processing and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
