About Our Client :

Our client is a is the world's most advanced metabolic fitness platform. By using glucose and other biomarkers, they are helping people improve their energy levels, lose fat and avoid metabolic disorders.

Key Responsibilities :

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) :

Oversee end-to-end P2P process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining optimal cash flow and working capital efficiency.

Drive process standardization and implement automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and turnaround time.

Collaborate with procurement, operations, and business teams to ensure adherence to internal controls and approval hierarchies.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) :

Manage the complete O2C cycle including order booking, invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.

Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.

Partner with business and sales teams to streamline billing, credit control, and dispute resolution processes.

Compliance & Controls :

Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS , and other statutory requirements.

Support audits (statutory, internal, and tax) by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.

Maintain robust internal controls and process documentation for all finance operations.

ERP & Automation :

Leverage ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or similar) to automate and optimize workflows across P2P and O2C cycles.

Collaborate with tech and product teams to implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.

Requirements : 6–12 years

of relevant experience in

Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) ,

P2P , and

O2C

management.

Proven track record in driving

automation, process improvements , and ERP-based finance transformations.

Strong understanding of

GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliances.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification :

Chartered Accountant (CA)

or

MBA in Finance.

Experience in a

fast-paced or tech-driven environment

will be an added advantage.
