We're looking for a Business Development Manager who lives and breathes the agency world — someone with the right network, the hunger to grow, and the ability to turn conversations into partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with brands, corporates, and decision-makers.
- Build and nurture relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, corporate communications leaders, and key decision-makers who form the core TG for creative agencies.
- Leverage your existing network to open doors and generate leads for creative, digital, branding, and campaign projects.
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to shape customised solutions that address client needs.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to help the agency stay ahead.
- Represent Lumoz at industry events, networking forums, and brand meetings to strengthen visibility and business pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within a creative, digital, branding, or advertising agency.A strong existing network of corporate contacts — marketing decision-makers, brand custodians, and procurement leads.Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, project cycles, campaign processes, and the creative services ecosystem.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A go-getter with a growth mindset — driven by targets, hungry for success, and ready to hustle.Ability to think strategically and articulate value propositions to clients.What's in It for You
