About the Company

IM24x7 Delta Solutions FZCO is a UAE-based IT Software & Consulting company delivering AI-powered technology, engineering, and staffing solutions for global clients. We work with enterprise organizations and startups to provide dedicated engineers, product development, and digital transformation services.

About the Role

As a Regional Partner, you’ll act as an independent business collaborator responsible for :

Responsibilities

Identifying potential clients for IT projects or staffing.
Introducing IM24x7’s service offerings to your business network.
Collaborating with our core team to close deals and manage client relations.
Expanding IM24x7’s reach in your assigned region (UAE, India, KSA, Europe).

Qualifications

Background in Business Development / IT Sales / Recruitment / Client Acquisition.

Required Skills

Strong local or international network in any region (UAE / India / KSA / Europe).

Experience in bringing IT projects or staffing opportunities to companies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset.

Pay range and compensation package

💠 Commission-Based : Earn attractive commissions per successful project or resource placement

💠 Partnership Model : Build long-term account ownership with revenue-sharing opportunities
