What you’ll be doing :
Serve as the primary finance point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, finance teams, and operational leads.
Manage all aspects of the financial close process for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards (USGAAP, IFRS, etc.).
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to clients, providing clear commentary and analysis of performance.
Develop and manage client budgets and financial forecasts, working collaboratively with client teams to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service delivery.
What are we looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior accounting role.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple clients simultaneously is a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (USGAAP) and / or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with various accounting platforms is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
