Sales Coordinator supports the sales team and manages sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and other departments. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, organizing sales presentations, and helping the sales team meet its targets and quotas. They act as a crucial link between the sales team, customers, and other company functions like marketing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Support : Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring they have necessary resources and materials.

Order Management : Input and track sales orders, ensuring they are accurate and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, and managing account information to maintain positive relationships.

Reporting and Data Management : Create, organize, and update sales databases, prepare performance reports, and analyze sales data to help improve strategies.

Interdepartmental Coordination : Liaise with departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and coordinated efforts towards sales goals.
