RunLoyal is a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, transforming the pet care industry through its powerful, cloud-based management platform. Our custom-branded app helps pet care businesses manage operations, engage customers, and grow revenue. We’re expanding our global team and are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations professional to join us in India.

Position Summary

As a Junior Revenue Operations team member, you will support our RevOps and Finance teams in managing subscriptions, revenue, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, enjoys spreadsheets, and is eager to learn the mechanics of scaling a SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subscription data and pricing updates.
  • Maintain accurate revenue and subscription reports in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Support monthly revenue tracking and forecasting.
  • Monitor SaaS metrics like MRR, ARR, churn, and LTV.
  • Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot (CRM) and Stripe (billing platform).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to align subscription records.
  • Document processes and contribute ideas for automation.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed or pursuing a postgraduate program (MBA Finance / Business Analytics / M.Sc. Data Analytics / related field).
  • Strong interest in SaaS, finance, or revenue operations.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, charts).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new tools (HubSpot, Stripe).
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a SaaS environment.
  • Nice to Have

  • Academic or project experience in finance, analytics, or operations.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
  • Exposure to automation or workflow tools (e.g., Zapier).
