Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development

Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals.

Build a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands.

    Act as the key point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing cycle — from first meeting to deal closure and post-occupancy support.

  • Leasing Negotiations
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

    Liaise with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments.

    Identify emerging business categories and recommend tenant mix improvements to enhance property appeal.

  • Property Showcasing & Presentations
  • Organize property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.

    Showcase USPs such as location advantages, footfall data, amenities, and brand positioning.

  • Coordination & Internal Communication
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands.

    Coordinate with operations and facilities teams to ensure spaces are ready for tenant visits and handovers.

  • Tenant Retention & Renewals
  • Maintain regular interaction with existing tenants to address concerns and encourage renewals.

    Ensure timely follow-ups on lease expiry and initiate renegotiations well in advance.

  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals.

    Submit weekly / monthly reports to management on leasing performance, pipeline status, and market updates.

    What We’re Looking For :

  • 3 to 4 year’s of experience in commercial leasing premium offices.
  • Strong network with national & international brands.
  • MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing / Sales / Real Estate will be Preferred.
  • Understanding of market trends & leasing processes.
