About the Nuvama Design Team
The Design team at Nuvama Wealth is focused on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital investment platforms. We support a wide range of users including retail customers, partners, and internal teams. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation
- Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
- Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows
- Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes
- Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy
