About the Nuvama Design Team

The Design team at Nuvama Wealth is focused on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital investment platforms. We support a wide range of users including retail customers, partners, and internal teams. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.

Functional Responsibilities :

Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution
Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation
Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows
Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes
Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy

Key Challenges You Will Solve :

Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction

Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences

Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas

Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement

Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency

Job Requirements :

2–6 years of professional experience in UX design

Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies

Proficiency in Figma , along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD , and other prototyping platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
