Our Client is a leading MNC having Global presence. They are looking for a Group CHRO, ideally with 20+yrs experience. Incumbent will act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Business Head and Leadership Team, overseeing HR operations across manufacturing, sales and distribution, and corporate functions. This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on experience in industrial relations, and the ability to drive transformation, engagement, and performance; Talent Acquisition & Management; Performance & Rewards; Employee Engagement & Culture, etc.
