Job Title : Oracle Technical Consultant – P2P & Finance Modules

Role Overview :
We are looking for a technical resource with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to support and enhance Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance modules . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle on-premise environments, with proven capability in OA Framework , PL / SQL , and XML Publisher .
The consultant will be responsible for resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and supporting ongoing Oracle ERP projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and development for Oracle Applications modules under the P2P and Finance domains (AP, AR, PO, GL, iProcurement, etc.).
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) – including customizations, extensions, and personalization.
Develop and optimize PL / SQL code (packages, procedures, triggers, functions, views) with a focus on performance tuning .
Design and build XML Publisher (BI Publisher) reports and templates.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to analyze requirements, prepare technical design documents, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across custom components and standard Oracle objects.
Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities.
Support upgrade and patching activities as required.
Required Technical Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (on-prem) .
Expertise in OA Framework (OAF) customizations and extensions .
Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL / SQL development and performance tuning .
Experience in XML Publisher / BI Publisher report development.
Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) concepts and APIs.
Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and AIM / OUM methodologies preferred.
Functional Exposure (Preferred) :
Procure to Pay (P2P) : Purchasing, Payables, iProcurement, Supplier Management.
Finance Modules : General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications technical development and support.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certifications preferred.
