Job descriptionSupervise operators and technicians during production shifts Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards Resolve line-level issues and offer hands-on technical guidance Coordinate with maintenance and design teams for smooth workflow Perform minor troubleshooting and assist in process improvements Support quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain accurate daily production reports and shift logs Record machine breakdowns, downtime, and material consumption Track data on rejections, rework, and material wastage Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, VMC, conventional machines) Ability to read and interpret engineering / technical drawings Leadership and team coordination capabilities Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Excel, ERP systems, etc.) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Previous experience in a CNC machining or mechanical component manufacturing environment Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen principles

Experience : 2–4 Years
