Senior Recruiter (8–10 Years Experience)

EFRAC is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently lead hiring for technical, scientific and mid-senior roles across our laboratories and business teams. We need someone who communicates confidently, understands technical profiles, and can build strong talent pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific and support roles
• Lead sourcing through , job portals, networking and targeted outreach
• Conduct professional screening calls to assess communication and technical fit
• Coordinate interviews with Analysts, Lab Heads, QA, Operations, Auditors and Leadership
• Work closely with HR consultants for specialised hiring
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards and compliance documentation
• Strengthen employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience
