Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies : Daily Stand-ups. Sprint Planning, Backing Refinement
- Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coordinate and manage client leads and SME’s
- Act as a leader for development and QA teams, ensuring delivery excellence
- Partner with cross functional teams(Backend, FrontEnd, DevOps) to manage backlog, clarify priorities, and align on sprint goals
- Monitor sprint health using key metrics : Velocity, Burn-down / Burn-up charts, CFD
- Remove blockers and coach the team on continuous improvement
- Champion a culture of automation, DevOps, and agile quality practices
- Ensure alignment with CI / CD pipelines and testing automation objectives
