Key Responsibilities

Ensure product availability at the point of sale for regulated markets.

Analyze data to identify business scenarios and opportunities.

Manage finished goods (FG) inventory across all levels in line with company norms.

Generate requirement plans and coordinate with supply planning teams to align demand with supply constraints.

Resolve supply challenges by exploring alternatives such as batch size changes and collaborating with manufacturing teams.

Review manufacturing plans and identify factors impacting FG availability.

Conduct MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP, and S&OP forums.

Lead review meetings with business heads on critical project updates.

Communicate supply situations to markets for monthly and short / medium-term planning.

Participate in marketing reviews to address forecasting issues, non-moving inventory, and budget trends.

Collaborate with external partners to implement and validate demand planning automation tools.
