Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Lead - Automation Testing to drive end-to-end QA delivery across manual, automation, and API testing. The role involves leading a team of testers, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases every sprint, and enhancing testing frameworks through automation and CI / CD integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium / UFT (Java) .
• Conduct API testing (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and database validation using SQL.
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects.
• Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
