Job description

Role : Senior Java Developer / Java Technical Lead

Experience : 7 - 10 Years

Work Mode : Hybrid / Onsite as Skills :

  • Strong expertise in Core Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Solid understanding of OOPs principles, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud-native application development (high availability, resilient architecture, Redis, Cosmos DB).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (basic front-end understanding).
  • Experience working with EJB, Apache, JBoss, and Eclipse IDE.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and DB2 databases.
  • Exposure to Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE, and imaging workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Desired Skills :

  • Scripting knowledge : Linux commands, batch scripts, or PowerShell scripting.
  • Awareness of OWASP secure coding practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with PACS, HL7, and medical imaging workflows.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop complex and scalable code based on functional specifications and design standards.
  • Perform detailed requirement analysis, design, and testing for assigned modules.
  • Prepare detailed software module specifications, designs, and effort estimations.
  • Conduct investigations, code reviews, defect analysis, POCs, and library evaluations.
  • Write automated unit tests ensuring high code quality and regression-free deliveries.
  • Perform peer code reviews and assess broader impacts of code changes.
  • Collaborate within Agile / Scrum teams participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Be flexible in debugging or coding in C++ / .NET if required.
  • Collaborate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders for requirement gathering and technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and ensure CT QMS process adherence.

  • Languages : Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  • Cloud / Cache : Redis, Azure (preferred)

  • Domain : Healthcare, Imaging, DICOM, HL7

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and technically lead teams.
  • Adaptability to learn and work across technologies (C++ / .NET if required).
