Immediate Start : Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-disciplinary engineering programs, including optical, mechanical, electronics, and embedded software teams.
• Develop program plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Track program progress using appropriate KPIs and project management tools; ensure milestones are met.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to define program requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production.
• Drive problem-solving, issue resolution, and change management as needed during program lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with defense / aerospace standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
