Workday Financials Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Creating and maintaining both standard and custom financial reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools (e.g., Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, Worksheets, Workday Prism).
• Working with finance and accounting teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data within Workday reports.
• Monitoring report performance, identifying and resolving any issues, and optimizing reports for efficiency.
• Providing support and training to end-users on Workday reporting tools and capabilities.
• Assisting with Workday system updates, testing, and change management as it relates to reporting.
• Collaborating with Workday system administrators, other stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Managing the Workday Finance report catalog, including version control, naming conventions, calculated field libraries, and security access.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of Workday's data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.
• Providing Workday and subject matter expertise to business process owners and colleagues.
• Staying updated on Workday functionality, training, and best practice.
• Performing impact assessments for Workday upgrades and cross application enhancements
