About the Role : KRA's : -
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of channel partner products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing channel partners.
- Identifying dealer needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Providing Dealers with comprehensive product / Service and guiding their decision making process.
- Ensuring Dealer satisfaction.
- Retaining dealers by making them transact.
- Cross-selling products
- Achieving Retention / Transaction targets.
- Resolving complaints and issues pertaining with dealers efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Daily visits as per the scheduled beat.
- This will be a field intensive role, where you will connect the dealers to Cars24 platform.
