License Management

Track and manage all software licenses across the organization to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with vendor agreements. Maintain accurate records and proactively manage renewals and expirations.

Software Discovery

Identify and document all software assets deployed within the organization. Ensure that the software inventory is comprehensive and regularly updated to reflect changes in the IT environment.

Usage Monitoring

Monitor the utilization of software to detect underused or overused licenses. Provide insights and reports to optimize license allocation and reduce unnecessary costs.

Compliance Auditing

Conduct periodic internal audits to verify compliance with licensing agreements. Address any discrepancies and prepare for external vendor audits by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Software Procurement

Support the procurement process by providing recommendations based on usage data and compliance requirements. Collaborate with procurement teams to acquire software in line with business needs and budget.

Software Deployment

Coordinate and manage the deployment of software to end users, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and licensing compliance during rollouts.

Software Retirement

Manage the end-of-life process for software assets, including de-installation, license reclamation, and documentation updates.
