Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Noida. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students and professionals on our training programs and certifications. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on course selection, understanding clients’ educational needs, and offering tailored recommendations. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with existing and potential learners to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Consulting skills
• Knowledge and experience in the Education field
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a consulting role is a plus
