Job descriptionProven track record of success in sales management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients. Familiarity with sales software and technology, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
We are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our catering sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.
