Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Senior Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students seeking admission to Russian universities for MBBS programs. Daily tasks include student counseling, career counseling, academic advising, and ensuring students make informed decisions about their education and career paths. The role involves coordinating with students and parents, conducting informational sessions, and providing continuous support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills

Effective Communication and Academic Advising skills

In-depth knowledge of the education system and admission processes

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the education sector is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
