Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioural Therapist located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru - experienced in working with children, young people and families presenting with a wide range of psychological and neurodevelopmental difficulties, such Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations and tests and providing behavioural therapy. Your day-to-day tasks may include psychological assessments, therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing treatment plans, and offering counseling support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Experienced in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Learning Disability

Experience in psychological testing and mental health counseling

Clinical supervision skills

Strong knowledge of various therapy approaches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in working with diverse populations

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Experience in working with individuals with neurological conditions

Master’s / MPhil in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, MSW or related field

Licensure or certification in Clinical Psychology / Behaviour Therapy / ABA
