As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Design and Customer Exterience team you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accessible user-centric solutions that align user needs with business goals. You will play a key role in the design architecture and functionality of our products ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our customers.

Job responsibilities

• Build relationships with designers to drive adoption of the design system
• Partner with designers engineers and product owners to apply and evolve design patterns and components
• Facilitate workshops trainings and deliver presentations to peers and leaders
• Write maintain and improve UX documentation
• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems ensuring consistency across products and platforms
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights
• Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
