Role Description
The
Event Management Associate
plays a crucial role in designing and executing high-impact events that strengthen teacher engagement, build district-level partnerships, and amplify OLF’s mission across states. This role brings together planning, coordination, communication, and creativity to deliver seamless events for educators, administrators, and stakeholders.

About the Role
As an
Event Management Associate , you will :
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, Social Work, or related fields
️ 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or stakeholder-facing roles
Strong execution & multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal & team coordination abilities
Willingness to travel across districts for events
️ Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language
✨ High ownership, problem-solving attitude & passion for education / impact work
Remuneration
