Roles and Responsibilities : -
HR Generalist and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Onboarding and Offboarding : Manage all new hire documentation, contracts, and a seamless onboarding and transition process.
- HR Operations : Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for internal HR inquiries, policy explanation, and general employee support.
- Performance Management : Help set up more formalized processes for team member reviews, ensuring structured reviews happen on time and reports are synthesized for management.
- Records and Compliance : Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, and ensure all internal HR documentation (SOPs, policies) is current and compliant.
Cross-Functional Support and Process Improvement :
Focus on continuous talent acquisition and training for the growing operations function.Continually streamline HR systems and processes to ensure efficient execution and successful talent flow.Qualifications : -
Experience : 8+ years of relevant experience in a dedicated HR.Sector Expertise : Core experience in an agri operations-heavy business OR experience handling HR in large NGOs / CSOs focused on rural livelihoods.
