Our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in India is a unified platform designed to deliver high-value services and solutions to ERM’s global clientele. By centralizing key business and consulting functions, we streamline operations, optimize service delivery, and enable our teams to focus on what matters most—advising clients on sustainability challenges with agility and innovation. Through the GDC, you will collaborate with international teams, leverage emerging technologies, and further enhance ERM’s commitment to excellence—amplifying our shared mission to make a lasting, positive impact.

About the role :

Support all operational reporting and management reporting activities across all KPI regarding project and legal entities

Data entries, data management and analysis

Collect data from multiple sources, calculate KPIs and transform into management reports / dashboards

Manage master data and finance specific data, including creation, verification and updates to support meaningful analysis

Attend internal / client queries and requests to ensure data is aligned with data methodology and policy guidelines

Support finance processes like (invoice-) postings, reconciliations, variance analysis, business planning etc.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Assist in the development and maintenance of control tools, templates, and processes

Ad-hoc queries

Job Requirements & Capabilities

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field

2- 5 years of relevant experience

Advance Excel skills to clearly present complex data through spreadsheets, pivot tables and visualizations is a must. Experience with Power Bi is a plus

Job specific capabilities / skills :

Fluent in English communication (both oral and written) for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify and interpret trends and patterns in data. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

Experience of working in a multinational team environment

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
