We are seeking a Talent Systems Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery and optimization of core HR technology solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end service delivery, vendor performance, and system integrations while ensuring operational excellence and a seamless employee experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the delivery of HR systems, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring performance and service-level compliance.
- Manage escalation procedures, incident resolution, and service delivery governance.
- Coordinate and execute system audits and test cycles to maintain data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and related process workflows.
- Utilize JIRA and agile methodologies for effective project tracking and delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build capability within the function.
Required Skills & Experience :
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core HR systems — ideally a mix of Cornerstone, Workday, and Gloat .Proven track record in service delivery management and vendor performance oversight .Strong understanding of integration designs and associated HR system processes.Experience working in agile environments with tools like JIRA .Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage system audits , testing , and continuous improvement cycles effectively.Preferred Skills :
Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) .Prior exposure to global HR operations or enterprise-scale implementations.
