Senior Accountant

Job descriptionAccounting processes for US-based listed clients will be managed from start to finish. Client relationships, advisory, and consulting services will be provided. Financial statement preparation and review will be conducted. Financial audits coordination and assistance will be given. Process improvements in accounting practices will be implemented. Accountant supervision and mentoring will be provided. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for US clients will be prepared. Account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes using Blackline software will be performed. Education : A degree in Accounting (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Experience : 7+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within an accounting consulting firm. Software Experience : Proficiency in Blackline software is mandatory. Familiarity with other commonly used accounting software is a plus. Industry Experience : Must have worked with US-listed clients and be familiar with their specific financial reporting and compliance requirements. Client-Facing Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage with clients. Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and other accounting standards as they apply to US-listed companies.
Senior Accountant Role
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance is required.
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is necessary for this role.
- Experience working with US-listed clients and Blackline software is essential for success.
