• Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies / patients / Help desk as per process requirements.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products / services or gather required information.
• Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour
