Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer and Coach located in Jaipur. The Sales Trainer and Coach will be responsible for delivering training sessions focused on sales techniques, strategies, and skills. The role includes developing and implementing training programs, conducting workshops and seminars, coaching individuals, assessing training effectiveness, and providing feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications / Requirement
Jaipur-based sales professional with 3+ years in onsite customer handling, offline lead generation, CRM usage, and travel across Rajasthan.
Transition into training & coaching — deliver group trainings, 1 : 1 coaching, design practical training materials, and track learning outcomes.
