Experienced AI Engineer : Full Time, Immediate Start

We are a healthcare-focused AI startup in stealth mode, driven by our mission to make healthcare more accessible and universal through cutting-edge AI technology. We are building the next generation of AI models that go beyond the current standards to revolutionize the healthcare landscape.

Our company is headquartered in Germany with offices in India, and we’re expanding our India operations. We’re growing fast and looking to hire an experienced AI Engineer to join us immediately. If you have 4-5 years of experience, can hands-on build transformer models , and have worked on agentic workflows (either professionally or as part of your thesis), let’s talk!

Tasks

• You’ll develop state-of-the-art transformer architectures that push the boundaries of AI innovation in healthcare.
• In the early stages, you’ll roll up your sleeves and do the heavy lifting—this is a hands-on role where you’ll write code, debug, and optimize models.
• As we grow, you’ll recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Your work will position the company as a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions, shaping the future of the industry.
