Job Description : UI / UX Developer

1. Experience :

  • Proven experience in UI / UX design and development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects.
  • Experience in gathering user requirements and conducting user research.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of best practices in UI / UX design and accessibility.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

2. Good to have :

  • Very High Level understanding about genAI landscape
  • Understanding of modern build tools such as Vite, microbundler, parcel
  • Understanding of automated testing using Cypress / Cucumber / Gherkin

    • 3. Day-to-Day Activities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Implement UI / UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI / UX designs into applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI / UX-related technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with UI / UX design trends and best practices.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UI / UX design and development.
  • Additional certifications in UI / UX design or related fields are a plus.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Creativity and an eye for visual design.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing project requirements.
