Role and Responsibilities include :

• Proposal Management :  Leading the development and submission of proposals (RFPs, bids, etc.) to secure new projects or contracts. This involves coordinating input from various subject matter experts and ensuring the proposal aligns with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Compliance :  Ensuring all proposals and project activities adhere to both internal company policies and external legal / regulatory requirements. This may involve developing compliance matrices, conducting audits, and managing risk to avoid infractions.
• Purchase Orders (POs) & Procurement :  Managing the entire procurement lifecycle for project needs, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Project Fund Management :  Planning, managing, and monitoring the project budget and financials. This includes cost estimating, tracking expenditures, ensuring funds are used efficiently, and working to avoid budget overrun.
