🔧 Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers

Architect and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot

Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code

Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Drive DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud deployment best practices

✅ Required Qualifications :

8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA

Expertise in Microservices Architecture

Solid foundation in OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture

Strong skills in SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB / CosmosDB)

Cloud exposure : AWS or Azure (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Maven / Gradle)

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

Excellent debugging, tuning, and problem-solving abilities

Strong focus on secure coding practices

Proven leadership in Agile / Scrum environments

🌟 Nice-to-Haves :

Familiarity with Apache Kafka, event-driven systems

Exposure to React.Js, Angular, or Node.Js

Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus

Unit / Integration testing with JUnit, Mockito, etc.
