Team leader II, General Assembly Technical Support

Job Title : Team Leader – General Assembly (Technical Support)

Location : Qatar

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operations on the assembly line.

Assign tasks to operators based on skill and workload.

Ensure production runs efficiently safely and without disruption.

Support troubleshooting of basic equipment or technical issues.

Monitor team performance quality standards and production KPIs.

Conduct daily briefings and communicate goals and updates.

Ensure proper use of manpower tools and materials.

Provide training coaching and development for operators.

Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational procedures.

Prepare and submit shift reports and highlight issues or improvement areas.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred).

Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Strong understanding of production processes and basic troubleshooting.
