Process Automation Analyst

Main Purpose :

As a Process Automation Analyst, you will lead automation initiatives for the Africa Region and play a key role in driving digital transformation. You will leverage cloud computing, low-code / no-code technologies, and data analytics to optimize business processes, deliver efficiencies, and enable smarter decision-making across Puma Energy’s operations.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze complex business processes and design automation solutions using Xceptor , API Integrations , and other low-code / no-code platforms such as Kissflow and Sigma Computing .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks, workflows, and integrations to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Apply data analysis techniques to extract insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Implement automated testing and quality assurance procedures for automation projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate automation with existing systems and ensure seamless adoption across business functions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, contributing to a culture of innovation.
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs in the Africa Region and proactively propose solutions
