We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our solutions from a QA standpoint. This role requires strong leadership abilities, deep QA technical expertise, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities :

• Drive quality engineering, improve the quality of our software delivery and streamline test automation with a focus on improving our QA function
• Guiding and developing a team of QA engineers; responsible for the overall quality assurance of technical solutions, performance management and career coaching of QA team members and managing stakeholders
• Improving the QA scorecards to capture all new processes and procedures
• Ensuring timely reporting of QA metrics in a weekly / monthly manner
• Identifying process improvements and learning gaps
• Mentoring employees, monitoring their progress, goals, and removing blockers that prevent them from performing well. Providing guidance and support to agents with their long-term career journey
