Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate and deliver multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously, each representing a client’s building or portfolio. Every project involves different data collection methods, regional regulations, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll be the link between our clients and their stakeholders, hardware partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from onboarding to data delivery. This role requires strong ownership, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset, we’re looking for problem solvers who take initiative, stay organized, and drive things forward rather than just identifying what’s wrong.

Hello Energy is a B2B SaaS company focused on helping building owners and tenants understand and reduce their energy consumption. We work across Europe to connect utility data, hardware, and insights into a single platform that empowers sustainable decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination : Manage multiple building-level projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.
- Information Gathering : Collect and organise all project-related information, including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.
- Utility Data Collection : Coordinate the collection of consumption data across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities. This may involve working directly with DSOs / metering companies or through the installation of data loggers and sub-meters.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and building stakeholders (property managers, tenants, etc.).
- Client Communication : Schedule and conduct project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.
- Research & Solution Development : Investigate how utility data can be obtained across new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.
- Prioritisation & Organisation : Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing projects, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.
- Documentation of all steps taken and deliverables, in Salesforce, our Hello Energy portal and SharePoint.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and help streamline workflows and collaboration practices.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in a SaaS company.Experience collaborating with international teams or clients.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken English (other European languages are a plus).Proficiency in Excel;ability to identify issues or inconsistencies in data, familiarity with Python or APIs is a strong plus.
Contract & Working Conditions
This is a remote position.Working hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM Amsterdam timeAs Hello Energy is not yet registered in India, the engagement will be on an external consultant agreement, not an employment contract.The consultant will be required to provide a valid GST registration number (support for the setup process can be provided). Working under this arrangement may offer certain tax advantages.Note : no acquisition by recruiters, please
