Key roles & responsibilities :
1. Technical :
- Understand project requirement, conceptualize, design, and implement automated systems.
- Selection of Instrumentation (PLC, Sensors, Actuators etc.)
- Manage projects assign to Team & Conduct Regular Audits.
- Prepare Detailed Documentation required for project.
- Explore Smarter, cheaper technology and solutions to bring down the cost by alternative ways.
- Testing (FAT & SAT) and Commissioning of projects.
- Optimum Utilization resources to improve efficiency and reduced lead time.
2. Managerial :
Talent recruitment : Engage in recruitment activities, internal brand communication activities.Talent transformation :1. Define / Validate Skills required for each KRA / Designation.
2. Skill mapping of organization at regular interval and Gap analysis
3. Skill upgradation : Bring in latest technologies and propagate them through sustainable learning platform.
Skills and Qualifications
6-10 years in Machine automation & Material Handling.Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / E&TCExceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindsetAdept to problem-solving and conflict resolutionHaving core knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200, & S7-1500) & Rockwell (MicroLogix, Compact Logix & Control Logix) automation systems. Ability to program in multiple languages, including ladder logic, FBD, SCL & STL. Ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams, Control Narratives.Location - Pune & Nashik
