Workday HCM

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Time and Absence Configurator with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our global HR technology team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This role requires strong functional expertise , analytical thinking , and the ability to collaborate across regions and teams . The candidate should be willing to work a few hours overlapping with the Eastern time zone .

Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules as per business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional configurations using Workday’s framework and best practices.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end time and absence processing .

Support system upgrades, releases , and conduct unit, regression, and user acceptance testing .

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and handle enhancement requests.

Create and maintain configuration documentation , process maps , and training materials .

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and time-off policies for India, the Philippines, and other supported geographies .

Provide user support and training to HR administrators and end users.

Partner with the Workday support team for incident resolution and system optimization initiatives.

Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience .
