Job Title : Senior Web3 Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Web3 Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving campaigns, and ensuring seamless delivery.

This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and social media knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space and be able to provide valuable insights for client strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and projects, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Manage end-to-end client communications, including onboarding calls, reporting, feedback, updates, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, social media, content) to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor and track performance of client accounts, preparing reports and suggesting improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with crypto / Web3 news, trends, and communities to provide expert insights for client strategies.
• Ensure social media content and campaigns align with client goals and brand voice.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
