The Senior Executive – TSC Operations will be responsible for supporting Talent Supply Chain (TSC) activities by ensuring the seamless execution of business-as-usual (BAU) deliverables, enhancing process efficiency, maintaining accurate reporting, and managing project onboarding and offboarding responsibilities.
Skills And Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in resource management or operations support roles.
- Prudent in Excel and data handling skills; experience with MIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

G Timely publish, maintain, and update operational trackersCollaborate with TSC-Internal / External teamsAct as a liaison between TSC teams and Delivery team to :Ensure timely onboarding activities are completedEnsure timely offboarding activities are completedContribute to ongoing improvements in workforce planning processes and systems.Additionally, The Following Are To Be Complied With
Data Analysis and Reporting : the role involves analysing data to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-makingStakeholder Management : the role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communicationProcess Improvement : apart from core deliverables identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements will be a value addTechnology Utilization : effectively utilizing the existing tool & technologies to enhance operational efficiency.Backup Responsibilities (Minimal KRA Focus)
Enabling Resourcing : Act as a backup to the enabling resourcing POC in extremely critical BCP situations.Skills Required
