Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for sales and managing daily sales activities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, generating sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management
• Skills in developing Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
• Proficiency in generating Sales Reports and coordinating with other departments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
