SAP Access Management Expert

Description GSPANN is hiring a SAP Access Management Expert with 6-10 years of experience to lead access control strategy, user administration, and security compliance across SAP systems. The role involves managing SAP Access Control, IDM, and IAG while collaborating with auditors, business units, and IT teams to ensure secure and streamlined access.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SAP access controls and security configurations to safeguard business-critical systems.
• Perform comprehensive user administration tasks within the SAP landscape, including account creation, deletion, locking / unlocking, and password management.
• Monitor and audit user access activities regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Resolve SAP access and security issues efficiently by identifying, tracking, and troubleshooting incidents.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to demonstrate SAP security practices and meet compliance objectives.
• Deliver training sessions and raise awareness among users on SAP security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Document access control procedures, guidelines, and updates to maintain a reference framework for operational consistency.
• Apply the latest SAP security patches promptly to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to security strategy development, assisting in the formulation of robust SAP security policies and governance models.
• Coordinate with business units to assess access needs and implement appropriate SAP access solutions.
